CASE Tools

I'm using MS Visio for around 6 months as my CASE(Computer-Aided Software Engineering) Tool.
It works great for me because I'm using MS SQL Server as my Database system.

Then, just few weeks ago; I need to move to LAMP(not totally 'coz I'll still need to develop applications using MSSQL Server).
I'm looking for a way how to export my designs to MySQL from MS Visio or any good CASE tool for MySQL (it is better if I can export my MS Visio file).

I already tried DeZign and DB Designer Fork and they are great but I can't export my MS Visio projects.
My whole database design is very large to re-draw(this is my last option but scary to do :eek2: ).
