[2005] Save Mode Problem

I have a page for datacapture in asp.net

After filling up all the required fields and click the submit button the program will automatically save all the fields into the database, but unfortunately everytime I tried to refresh the page, the program will recompile and save all the fields again in the database?

how about you post some code so we can see what you're doing

After insertion into the database, redirect to a 'thank you' or 'confirmed' page. Then take them to some other part of the site, like their 'home' page.
