tablet pc

I need a tablet pc but won't buy one until late june or early july. The specs I need are 2gb RAM, 128mb video card, dual core intel processor, at least 100gig hd space... That's my requirements and I'm having trouble finding one that matches that!! I looked at a nice gateway, but it had a 64mb graphics card with up to 256mb hyper memory. What is this hyper memory stuff? Will it be just as good as a128mb card?
