[RESOLVED] What is happening in this threat?
In the Math forum there was a threat (http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=465345)
It was started by "limoz", and the last post in that threat is from "nonono", he asked for the solution of an unsolved part of that threat today.
Shortly after he has asked that, the threat title and the first message have been changed and "nonono" posted a new threat (http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=468989)
containing the original message that was posted by "limoz".
Are these two ID's from the same person or what?
Re: What is happening in this threat?
limoz <-- did anyone tell this person not to remove their posts?
Brad!
Re: What is happening in this threat?
I never thought about telling anybody to not delete a post. The threat was idle ofr some days already, only when this "nonono" came up and asked something in the threat, posted the same question again and two minutes later "limoz" showed up and removed the original threat.
That sounds a bit curious to me.

I just did.
Re: What is happening in this threat?
To get back to the original question -
The thread looks like a school project. As such, it is not uncommon to have more than one person asking the same question if they are in the same (or similar) classes. Chances are that these are two different people. Chances are they are both students.
We could look and see if they share IPs or similar IPs, but I'm not sure that gains us anything.
Regardless, people shouldn't remove their questions since others might find them useful (plus that way people don't have to keep answering the same homework questions over ;) :).
Brad!
