outlook dll toolbar - send to -> email reciepent

Hi,

[outlook 2003, windows xp]

I've got a vb6 dll that is compiled as a dll, to an outlook 2003 addon. the addon produces a new toolbar.

the toolbar appears in all outlook forms except for:

1. when editing/composing/replying to emails when using ms word as email editor (when I select not to use ms word as email editor the toolbar does appear).

2. when sending file as an email attachment directly from windows explorer context menu (right click) -> send to -> mail recipent.
