No. Radians are an alternative measurement of angles, and are defined such that there are 2 Pi radians in a circle (360 degrees).
Hence, since 360 deg = 2pi rad, 1 rad = 360 / 2pi or approx 57.3 degrees.
The prefix "micro" is used to indicate "a millionth" just as the prefix "milli" is used to denote "a thousandth".
So a millimetre is a thousandth of a metre = 0.001m, a micrometre is 0.000001m.
A microradian is thus a millionth of a radian, 1x10^-6 rad.
