Micro Radian

Does anyone have any idea what a micro radian is or what it is equivalent to in degrees?

Is this metric or something

No. Radians are an alternative measurement of angles, and are defined such that there are 2 Pi radians in a circle (360 degrees).
Hence, since 360 deg = 2pi rad, 1 rad = 360 / 2pi or approx 57.3 degrees.

The prefix "micro" is used to indicate "a millionth" just as the prefix "milli" is used to denote "a thousandth".
So a millimetre is a thousandth of a metre = 0.001m, a micrometre is 0.000001m.

A microradian is thus a millionth of a radian, 1x10^-6 rad.
