how can i see text in chenise with crystal report

do you mean chinese? You can simply install chinese font. ( add from Control Panel => Regional and Lanugage => Language Tab, tick install files for asian languages)

but again, if you don't understand chinese, what the use you want to see chinese words?

Maybe it's because chinese is his first language? (I'm guessing english isn't!)
