Hey..
When i take vbworld.com and then when i click on vb Q and A then I'm taken to Google's site. The same things happens when I do http://forums.vb-world.net/. Whats the problem guys?
Well...I just tried it....
http://www.vbworld.com works fine
Forums.vb-world.net worked fine too?
P.S. How did you get here then? LOL :)
I still have the problem . Can u guess whats the problem?
Do u know who is the most stupid person in this world.. It's me ..When I did a disk clean up it deleted all temporary internet files and now the problem is solved..Sorry for disturbance? Still ´Can anyone say what was the problem?
Well i just tried deleting the temp files...still works fine...very odd.
Any problem with IE?
is it when you type in the URL or what?
It happens in two ways
when i type http://forums.vb-world.net/
where as http://forums.vb-world.com is working
then next is when i click on the vb q and A link on the homepage..
when you put your mouse over the link on homepage...
what does it say in the status bar?
You could try to locate a file named HOSTS on your harddrive. It could be that some virus or something changed it.
This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. If there is an entry for http://forums.vb-world.net/ delete it. If this isn't the case, then the problem probably lies with your internet provider. In some way the URL is mapped to a different IP address than it should be.
Of course you can use the IP address instead of the URL or you could add the right IP address to the hosts file. (209.207.250.147)
did you install the GOOGLE.COM Search bar ???
Yes I installed it. Is that the problem with that?
Make sure you type the address into the "Address" toolbar, not the Google toolbar :)
No my dear ..I'm typing the address in the address bar otself. Let that go to hell. Why it is not getting when i click on the link "vb q and A"?

Suggests u complain your problems to
[email protected]
With the following Info :
"
What operating system are you using (Windows 95, WindowsNT, etc.)?
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? (To get this information, go to the IE Help drop down menu and click on 'About Internet Explorer'.)
Do you have any other browser plug-ins installed?
Is there anything unusual about your computer setup? "
There is also a fine print..
" However please be advised that even though we read all incoming email, we may not be able to respond to you personally."
Thanks ...I will try that
As you said, no answer from google
