2 php.ini files?

I am using xampp lite, and i seem to have 2 php.ini's one in

Code:

c:\server\php\php.ini

---

and one in,

Code:

---

c:\server\apache\bin\php.ini

---

any idea which one i deal with ?

Not sure but I guess the \php\php.ini one. The other one is most likely a cache.
