Check Disk Space

Is there a way to check disk space on devices in the CF.
I need to do this before attempting to do a compact, as i need to check if the space is available.

take a look at the globalmemorystatus API, or there are various memory functions in the OpenNETCF

I haven't got the code with me at the moment, but I could post it later if you don't find a solution

pete, i've had no look finding out a way to resolve the amount of space on the flash disk... any help would be great...
