Remote printscreen / image capture

Hi All,

Is there a way to take a screenshot of a user’s remote machine on my network using vb.net 2005? (provided that I have all the correct permissions to do so).

I saw what gigemboy posted at http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=385497, but this doesn’t really help me for a remote machine.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You would need a server program on the remote users computer to take a screenshot and send the data to you.

hmmm, I have seen programs that do not use server side applications that take a remote screen capture / printscreen.

What are the names of these programs?

I can only remember one name, but I do know I have seen others.
