How to make a non-full-screen form?

Never tried it, but how about just setting the height and width such that it doesn't take up the full screen?

By the way, there was a thread about something like this a few months ago, that I replied to. In that case, the intent was that the controls shift upwards to make room for the keyboard. That may not apply, but you can look around for it.
