I believe the answer is no, depending somewhat upon what you mean by "this". Consider these for the normal:
P(0 < Z < 1.5) = P(0 > Z > -1.5)
and
P(Z > 1.5) = P(Z < -1.5)
and
P(Z < 1.5) = P(Z > -1.5)

I meant does the shaded area for P(Z > -1.5) [rewritten as P(Z<1.5)] include only from 0 to 1.5 or everything up until 1.5. I found my answer, it DOES include everything up until 1.5,
Therefore:
P(Z<1.5) = 0.5 + 0.4332 (0.5 counts for the area of the symmetric region)
= 0.9332
