Need ppl to help make a mmorpg

yes it is a mmorpg and i need programmers to help me create it

ok so here is an overview of the project

we are creating a mmorpg and we need vb6 programmers
since were making alot of other stuff we also need
MYsql and php programmers
Graphic isometric designers
We also need more programmers that are not mentioned

The game will be made with vbgore www.vbgore.com
and programs will be supplied
we currently have a domain name and hosting but is unavailable until next week because it is being set up

the temporary website is http://67.167.45.164

We have some good ideas and need some great programmers to help us implement them

if the game is a success there will be a Payment system added
so programmers that put a lot of work in will be paid only if the game is a success.

1 email account on the server
1 ftp account on the server
1 moderator account in game
1 lifetime membership to the game
