One of your best resources for any and all programming needs is this site.
"Advanced techniques" is a pretty nebulous term. If you have a specific programming need/issue, then just post it and I'm sure that more then one of our members would be both willing and able to assist. :)

"Enterprise projects" is also pretty broad.
Do you know what sort of subjects you are going to be working on?

mostly database oriented projects. help regarding class files,modules,record locking,working as a big team will be helpfull

Learn to brew fantastic ale. Bring in samples for the ret of the team. Then they'll be only too glad to help you.

That's actually some pretty good advice. I would expect that the biggest problem about programming in a large team is the large team itself, not the programming. Teamwork ain't easy.
