Whom will you prefer?

A BIG BRAND name company with no exciting job, or a small company with great exciting jobs?

Depends on the pay, and how unexiting the job is.

A big BAND name with a company of exciting jobs.

If it pays good, exciting, and I'm assured of a job for at least 12 months, I don't care where I am.

job security is more important than an exciting job. It's all very well enjoying your job but if there is a very real risk of redundancy I'd take the secure but boring job any day

Well I've been made redundant once before. never do I want to go through that again.

I'm old and wiser, I'd take the boring job.
