I dont find how to do installer in vb.net

I dont find how to do installer in vb.net

ther is a guide i saw but i dont have it and i cant use that way..
can anyone help me ?

You don't have the guide... How do you know you can't use it that way? Look on the Internet MS should have one on the net.

Becuase the guide is for vb and not vb.net

If you can't find one you might want to use a different installer.

i have been working with the version for VB6 and that is the only one i successfully used..

Doesn't it come with VB Express 2005?
