Web browser

im planning to create my own browser using vb 6.0..
im going to use the web controls..
is this legal or am i violating any law?
can you help me?! im so confuse with this one?:confused:
they said that its illegal to create browser using this control, you have to create your own reader of scripts and others...
can you also give me some articles regarding its ok to use that control in creating your own browser.. thnk u soh much,,

It's legal: many people have already done it.

You're not actually making a browser, though, just an Internet Explorer shell.

In fact, if you search through the ClassicVb section, you will find a ton of threads on making a Internet Explorer shell ("webbrowser") using VB6.
