[RESOLVED] The database error page

Just a while ago, we had a database error page. I happened to notice that the email address for 'technical support' was <removed by admin>
Is "hcrye" a modified short form for 'hue and cry'? Or is it something else, a... coincidence?

hcrye is one of our stealth administrators.

That is Heidi, the database guruess of Jupitermedia.

And a fine coder and overall I.T. person.

I believe a female guru is still called a guru.
