Need help will Pay

i have a task i am really struggling on for VB6. the criteria is on the attached word document. a two dimensional array must be used and each section (a, b, c, etc) must be saved as a seprate project. i have £20 (UK pounds) avaliable to pay you over pay pal if you can complete this.
