Passing value in Data Environment Hierarchy

Attached is DATA Environment I am using.
I would like to pass BILL NO through a button click and the corresponding bill should be printed on the DATA REPORT.

While using single command DE.Command1(#BillNo#) Works.
But with the attached Hierarchy it does not work.
What could be the coding for that?

Secondly, If i want to print all bills between two dated #Date1# & #Date2# What could be done for that as SQL builder does not take # parameter.
