If you're not using the new features of Vista then there's not much point moving to 3.0. 3.0 is just 2.0 with WPF, WCF and WFF added on. Only the WFF update for VS 2005 is out of beta too.
I am not using the vista; I am working on the XP.

You should be using what you need to use or what you see potential benefit in. Is this part of your job?
