Could not create directory

One of my applications installs perfectly on almost all computers - even with the bog standard PDW - but fails on one with the error message 'Could not create directory'.

The user was - quite reasonably - trying to install the program in the default location. However, when the error message appeared it displayed a different pathway.
:( Curious.

The user had then tried installing the software in other locations - with the same result.

I have looked this up on the internet with no joy so far. Can anybody help...

That is a usual bug. It was a problem a while back, that if you changed the default location it would not work. Perhaps it is not fixed yet...
