I'm not sure that, may be Disk Doctor has same functionality. Just go to the Google and check it out.
CDBurnerXp is free .

But yes, CDBurnerXP can burn with CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-RW, DVD-R, adn DVD+R. It is very versatile and I highly recommend it.

It's ok ;) . It's just quite difficult to find a good free CD/DVD burner that
a) Works
b) Works without limitations
c) Works and has lots of useful little features
