Programmaticcally or just find it? If you just want to know it, look in your email program's setup or options. Since the program has to know it, it's in there somewhere.

Yes, you will need to contact their ISP ..
If you know the ISP name .. eg you can find this out in IP Config sometimes ..

then use SMTP.myisp.com
