How do i send an e-mail

How do i send an e-mail using VB 6.0

in my app the user must sending enter email address in one text box and text in the other text box then press command buttons to send an e-mail

its a simple app so i want to keep the code very simple

you should create an Active X object that allows you to use the Outlook on the computer to send the mail. :)
