See if it is listed there. You can format it there also.
It says,
"The disk in drive....is not formatted , Do you want to format it now?" ..when I click yes.It says :
"The drive cannot be formatted"
It's listed in the drives set..I tried everything within windows but I maybe need special tool or it needs to be in the bin
any other suggestions !
try changing the cable, also make sure it is getting the right power.

I find that GPartEd sometimes formats unformattable drives, including flash drives. It's available in a bootable image. Just download it, burn the image to a CD and boot it.
