don't know the code but here is a site with the scroll bars i think your talking about:
http://www.tcp-ip.com
I have seen this before too.
Here is the link:
http://passthison.com/dogs/
<style type="text/css"><!--
body { scrollbar-face-color: blue; scrollbar-shadow-color: #335997; scrollbar-highlight-color: #FF9999; scrollbar-3dlight-color: #335997; scrollbar-darkshadow-color: black; scrollbar-track-color: lightblue; scrollbar-arrow-color: #FFFFCE }
//--></style>
Yeah - it's clever that. Also http://www.astalavista.com uses that. It's good - I'm gonna implement it on my site...
See it at work at

Nice site you got comin' PsyVision :).
If you want to take a look at mine so far, so much work to be done :(.
Look here.
Do you test your sites with Netscape?
I usually use Netscape 4 when access in this forum.
PsyVision, your site causes Netscape to crash
I dont actually have netscape although i shall test it soon. The site is not actually going to be launched until January so i have plenty of tim to write the site and test it.
