Crystal Reports 11 Multiple Formatting ???
Hi Peeps,
I have 23 columns on my report and I want to put in a suppress if the value is zero and change the background color if the current value is less than a specific formula value. That is easy enough but I have to go into each of the 23 columns and do this. Is there anyway I can drop the conditions in for all of them and then edit the fieldnames or can I view all the columns and just go down the list and put in the conditions for each column?
Thank you for any help,
Jiggy!
Re: Crystal Reports 11 Multiple Formatting ???
I have sorted this now. Basically you highlight all fields and enter your conditions in for the first field which then gets added to all the other fields. You then make sure you are not selecting and fields and launch the formula workshop then in there you can work your way down the list altering the field names. The only question I have is when I alter say the suppress condition and then click on the background condition it always asks to save the changes. Does anyone know how to set auto save on the formula workshop.
Cheers,
