[not-so-serious-anymore] DXC issues???

Has anyone ever had any problems with some program/site called Deluxe Communications? I seem to have something embedded in my computer that tries to call a popup every five or six minutes, but with no internet right now, it just keeps telling me it can't connect adn I'm thinking "duh...".

The big problem is, it has two entries in msconfig, and whenever I uncheck them, apply settings, and close it, they recheck themselves...

And it keeps adding a registry entry... I can't track down where it's coming from. Anyone had any experience with it?
