You can change the fontsize and font of your normal menus and this will change the size of the PopupMenu. You can't just change the PopupMenu. ;)

If you wrote that all by yourself then it should be in the codebank (I mean if you feel like it should be :) ).
Otherwise you may want to consider to have a link to original (if there is one).
