Application Error

Hi,
I am new in Crystal Report.
I am using VB 2005 and Crystal Report XI.
I created a simple application, it calls a saved report. Everything looks fine in my pc. But when I run it on another pc, it give me this error:

" An Eoor occured creating the form. See Expection.InnerException for Details. The error is: Could not load file or assembly :CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms, Version = 10.2.3600.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token = 692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Is that means I nmust install Crystal Report XI on that pc?
