ListView Headers

i want to create a ListView with Headers as shown in the attachment

Please show me a better way to approch .

i given the three column names.but unable to display it. Am i missing any properties>??

Have you set the View property of the ListView to Details? Have you read the MSDN help documentation for the ListView class, which would have told you this?

i selected View Proeprty and i am unable to get the columns
