I need the code so I can put my program icon on the system tool bar. I also need it so when the user right clicks once, it opens a menu that will say something on the menu like open file, show program, options, ect. When you left click twice it shows the main form.

For VB?
Use the Shell_NotifyIcon api function.
Code:
Private Declare Function Shell_NotifyIcon _
Lib "shell32" Alias "Shell_NotifyIconA" (ByVal dwMessage As _
Long, pnid As NOTIFYICONDATA) As Boolean
Private Declare Function SetForegroundWindow Lib "user32" _
(ByVal hwnd As Long) As Long
Private Const NIM_ADD = &H0
Private Const NIM_MODIFY = &H1
Private Const NIM_DELETE = &H2
Private Const NIF_MESSAGE = &H1
Private Const NIF_ICON = &H2

Private Const WM_LBUTTONUP = &H202
