[1.0/1.1] cannot upload large image files

I cannot upload large image file in c#.Files less than 1000 kb are okay but when i upload files greater than 1 mb i get an error.PLease tell me how can i upload large files in c#

What does "upload" mean too? Upload from where and to where? Feel free to explain your issue fully.
