how to print picture field?

Hi everybody,

I am using VB.NET2002, Crystal Report 9.2 with ODBC to connect to Access database. I have a table Table1(ID, name, adress, phone, picture). And picture field is Text data type. It stores path of picture files of employers.

Can you tell me the way to print out the picture filed to a Crystal Report?
