e-FORMs

Can anyone tell me about them. :(

I'm having a headache with dealing with a project.

I have no idea about them, what they are, how they came about, how they came to be. How to implement them...

yeah they specified, however, that a facility must be provided for the dynamic creation and storage of such.

Any application needing the e-forms will just have to GET the forms from the central repository.

So like I am at a loss.
