DLL Problem

I am getting this problem.I don't know ?

Is the dll file .Net or something else?

what type of dll it is?

Have you created that or ???

I haven't Create.It came when i click the browse button

If it is a .net dll then you need to create .tlb file to use it in vb6.

I don't have .net installed?

Any Suggestions?
