What do i have to put here

i got this prog my bro sent it is a mailer but i have to put something there to make it work .i dont know nothing about php can someboy h3lp me? and what do i have to put here....>(PATH=sendit.php)<....or somebody tell me what to put there?Please

uhh. that program definitely isn't written in PHP and gives no information on what to do from that screenshot, so I don't know?

Is not written in PHP but it work with a PHP method,is basically a mailer that use proxy to send but it needs a method to send so it use php for send that what i know do i need any kind of php mail method to make that work or somebody is know tell me what method i can use for make that work.
