Sadly, but you can't. You could make your own custom command button by setting the style property of an option button to graphical, then go from there. hope this helps
I would create 2 images (1 up and 1 pressed)
the text color on a command button is determined by windows.
Check this link http://forums.vb-world.net/showthrea...threadid=42548
VB6 has Sheridan controls (I had never heard of them until I read the thread above), that allow you to change the text color on a button.
I could never figure this out, How do you make an image with the pressed look??
can you draw it with the raised look?
Try reversing the highlight.
try this to "look" at it....
in the Task Bar look at one of the buttons.
Then put your mouse on it and click and hold the button down.
the highlight is reversed.
Up: Left & top have a light gray/ white edge
Bottom & right have a dark gray / black edge
Down: Left & top have the Dark edge now
Bottom & right have the light edge
The rest of the image is exactly the same
Good luck!
if you need a decent drawing program...get Paint shop pro http://www.jasc.com (i think) its not bad. You get it for 30 days for free. ( i prefer Corel myself)
