hints on how to do a report

Hi, I've just completed my program in terms of sql queries.
I've got queries like... weekly search, monthly search, name search, category search, wich returns me a msgbox saying that "there were X ocorrences this week", bla bla bla...
I'd like now, to make a report for supose...

"I'd like to know who did this treatment in this trimester"

and a list then like this for example

Rui 1-1-2000 blood shot
Miguel 2-2-2002 x-ray


is there a way?

How it is accomplished would depend on what you are using as reporting software.
