Anyone use Catalyst and VSTWain in VB6

I am looking some code, and feel confused.
I have some code developed by someone else. When I try to run the code, I have some error. The error says I don't have the license to use the system.

Is there any controls that should be there, but you don't have theme?

Yes, there is some control in the application. One is Catalyst HttpClient control.
I already have the dll. Don't know why I still get the error.
Do I need to register on my PC again?

Having DLL/OCX isn't enough - to use it in your development environment you must have a developer's license and that usually comes with the software and gets registered on your system when you properly install it. Manually registering components doesn't always work.

btw, did you at least try to "manually register" your dll?

I registered the dll. I still got the license error when I try to run and compile the project. I believe I need the developer's license.
