[RESOLVED] Crystal Reports XI Tutorials?

Hello,

Ive just started using crystal reports xi(bundled with vs 2005). I have tried to design a report with data coming from sql server 2005(I have a dataset filled displayed in a datagridview control fine) but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to show up in the report. Ive followed the wizard and it has setup the columns in the header and details sections, but no information is displayed at runtime.

Does anyone have any tutorials on how to get started with crystal reports? I had no problem with the builtin reporting with vs, but I cannot seem to make data appear in my report with crystal reports. EDIT: I can get to the data by making an new connection, but what I need to do is get the data from a dataset that is on another form.

As usual the solution to the problem is more or less the simplest thing. Thanks for that pdf after a quick browse i was able to solve my problem. I am sure this will come in handy later on.

So is this thread resolved?
