VB6 and PHP

Anyone seen www.foldershare.com or www.avvenu.com?

I mean, I know VB6 (not an expert though, hehehe), and I also know how to program in PHP. What I wanted to do is something like what those two sites are doing-you install a client software(VB6 in my case), then create a website(using PHP) that allows you to access the computer where the client software was installed.

Anyone got an idea about that? Or any related links, or whatever, thanks so much...
