Startp Flags

Hai.

My system tray program most of the time loads to the tray correctly at the windows startup. but few occestions it loads but the icon is not visible in the system Tray .

The code it seems no problem. but at every startup the program has to checks the registy for at least 25 values to retrive its data.
Will this make a delay and cause the problem ?

Also before i post the code here i would like to add an see a flag shown blow to the end of the registy startup value data.

Problem is i really dont know what is the meaning of the above flags. i yahoo, msn messager etc using thease type of flags. please check your startup manager if not sure what i am talking about.

So could any one really explain me what each flag mean? To a perfect startup what flag you recommend me to add?
