[RESOLVED] how to sum amount (group) in CR8.5

hi everybody..i have one question here.

im using Access 2000 and CR8.5

i want to sum amount of purchase order in Formula Editor.but i want to sum it based on GroupName.how should i put the GroupName ({Dte_tblPurchaseQuery.PONO}) in the formula below..

sum ({Dte_tblPurchaseQuery.Amount})

any idea...thanks in advance

click on running totel field and check ur field there and use it now
