According to these guys, among the happiest places to be on earth are Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Honduras, Colombia, and CUBA. I have yet to meet a happy Cuban who had to go back.
Heck-fire, Haiti ranks 85/178, well ahead of, say, France at 129/178. I am no genius, but if you gotta act like they do in Haiti to be happy, I don't want to be happy.
