Help others be inspired. What do you do?
 At one point in time, we all have lack of motivation or burn out. To me, burn out is the hardest to overcome, but can be done. Your zest for life and love for others has to be higher than the burn out and/or lack of motivation. There is help out there, probably right in this forum. Is it hard for you to get started and make the most out of your life? How can you be encouraging to other vbforum members? What do you do to get the ball rolling? Think about it, and reply.
Thanks and God Bless,
chompy :D

I take a vacation. Often, the break is something we need to reboot our minds.
Over the course of the working day as well, tiny mental breaks help keep you going through the tasks at hand without overloading your brain. Take a look at chit-chat. It may seem entirely trivial, random and abstract, but once you do get into it, you'll see how it helps.

It helps? Helps avoid burn-out, sure. When I spend a day in Chit-chat, I don't have to worry about burning out on other things because I haven't been doing them anyways.
However, taking small breaks is good. Taking long breaks is good. Going for a long walk is good. See ya in a month or so.
