MSCOMM & Hex

I am having a problem with reading hex from a source outside my computer and importing it in using mscomm. It gives me symbols like: ????|????

Any ideas?

try it in Hyperterminal first

(if you get it working there then worry about VB)


unless hyperterminal is not going to work for you

Hyperterminal won't work because i need a program that I can talk to it in.(press a button- it does a function)
