I'm prejudiced, we all are. Whether we act on those prejudices and actively discriminate is up to the situation, but in most cases you should never resort to that. And no, just because I'm saying this doesn't mean I'm perfect - I've given in on too many occasions and done something really stupid :(.

Personally I don't find it greatly offensive. I am a member of neither group. I wouldn't use either of the terms myself unless I was trying to offend though, and then it wouldn't be because I actually believed they were bad things.
